After payment, the buyer lands on a thank-you page. That page asks for one email to support@severe-auto.com with the business name, the words for the page, the hostname the buyer controls, and a Payment Link URL from the buyer's own Stripe account. The 72 hours start when that email arrives.
The work is one static landing page and the buyer's Payment Link on it. It does not include an account system, sales-tax setup, a second page, or a login to the buyer's Stripe account. Do not send secret keys.
This site does not run an account system. Stripe processes the fee and receives what it needs to complete the charge. Analytics, when installed, is Plausible on the public pages. The thank-you page is not indexed.
